Every establishment for which a contract has been drawn up and signed, and for entire validity of the contract, will have one of our technical managers (tutor) on hand with the the task of acting as the interface between our two organisations. This professional will be responsible for: agreeing and programming the operating sessions; providing technical support to the surgeon on the day of the procedures; checking the regularity of patients' access; communicating any anomalies, faults and / or updates on operational procedures and accompanying the admission of new doctors within your establishment.
Through use of freelance contracts, signed by our company and surgeons, MEDICAL SUPPORT MANAGEMENT will avail itself of the services of specific personnel, (with proven experience) to perform all the surgical procedures listed in the branch of Ophthalmology, both the anterior as well as the posterior segment.
Through use of freelance contracts, signed by our company and the anaesthetists, MEDICAL SUPPORT MANAGEMENT will avail itself of the services of specific personnel, (with proven experience), that, in common agreement with the surgeon, will determine the most suitable anesthesia for every surgical procedure.
Following every surgical session, the tutor will carry out a check on the machines used, advising our technical team about any possible faults, malfunctions and and/or any worn parts that may need replacing. The tutor will then issue a report on the surgery performed and will programme and organise the next session. The carrying out of any repairs and technical assistance is guaranteed to be undertaken in the 12 to 24 hours following receipt of the service request.
